Oracle Benefits and Compensation Consultant. Location: Calgary, AB- Hybrid Job Type: Permanent Work Model: Hybrid Start Date: Jan. 5,2026 End Date: March 30,2026 Hours: 32-40 per week Here are the details: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Benefits and Compensation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules as part of a broader HCM Cloud program. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on best practices, process improvements, and system capabilities within Oracle HCM Cloud. Key Responsibilities: Lead the configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules as part of a broader HCM Cloud program. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provide expert guidance on best practices, process improvements, and system capabilities within Oracle HCM Cloud. Qualifications: Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically Benefits and Compensation modules. Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Oil and Gas industry experience highly preferred. *Candidates must currently reside in Canada and must be Incorporated Contractors in Canada. *We do not sponsor Work Permits *We do not subcontract
