Key Responsibilities
Communicate organizational vision and reinforce O&B values daily Monitor technical service standards and points of detail Recruit, train, coach, and manage employee performance Track sales, invoices, inventory, scheduling, and payroll records Lead event setup, execution, and teardown onsite
Requirements:
Business or Hospitality post-secondary diploma or degree Minimum five years managing varied events WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate or comparable qualification Superior verbal and written communication skills Microsoft Office proficiency and strong organizational skills Apply operations leadership, event management, service standards, and wine knowledge across Oliver & Bonacini catering functions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
