As a new Process Operator, you’ll undergo a dedicated Mill Line of Progression that fosters skill development in various operational tasks. You will learn to operate equipment, monitor processes, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Safety training and compliance with regulations are crucial to fulfilling your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment and assist with mill start-ups
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure housekeeping
- Support material handling and emergency management
- Engage in scheduled training and cross-training
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain production
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to participate in MTCU training modules
- Previous experience in mining/industrial environments is advantageous
- Strong desire to learn and follow safety protocols
- Must be physically capable of labor-intensive work
