Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver training on P&C insurance products and regulations
• Collaborate with leaders to address skill gaps and performance issues
• Facilitate in-person and virtual learning experiences
• Develop structured onboarding programs for new hires
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements
Requirements:
• 3+ years in learning and development or training
• Experience in a P&C insurance brokerage
• Strong facilitation and instructional design skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
