This position will leverage your 2 years' dispatch experience and customer service expertise to effectively manage and support a team of drivers. You'll be responsible for overseeing route planning, adjusting operations based on real-time conditions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and optimize delivery routes daily
- Dispatch drivers and update operational details
- Monitor each shift for potential service disruptions
- Facilitate communication between teams and drivers
- Recognize and address performance issues promptly
Requirements:
- 2 years of dispatch or planning experience
- 1 year in customer service is a plus
- Strong analytical skills required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Valid status to work full-time in Canada
