Based in Rouyn‐Noranda, we are recognized for excellence in aircraft charter services, aeromedical evacuations, aircraft maintenance and airport operations. All delivered by a team of nearly 130 dedicated employees. At Propair, you're not just starting a job, you're joining a real adventure. YOUR ROLE: ensuring the safety, performance, and reliability of our fleet As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in the performance of our operations: Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, avionics, and hydraulic systems. Inspect aircraft in accordance with the strict standards of Transport Canada, aircraft manufacturers, and internal maintenance programs. Replace, adjust, or return critical components to service using specialized tools, measuring instruments, AMMs, CMMs, and technical diagrams. Accurately document technical work, discrepancies, and corrective actions in our systems and regulatory records. Contribute to the continuous improvement of fleet reliability through rigor, sound technical judgment, and attention to detail. Your work: essential. Your impact: immediate. WHAT PROPAIR HAS PLANNED FOR YOU Three annual raises and an attractive salary. A group insurance plan. A group RRSP with employer contributions. The Flight Club , our activity committee dedicated to building strong team spirit. A work environment where your expertise is respected, supported, and valued. A unique work experience where every day brings new challenges. THE SKILLS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE At Propair, it's not just about what you know, it's about the rigor and attitude you bring to every task. In aircraft maintenance, precision, collaboration, and professionalism are essential, and that's exactly what we're looking for. Clear and effective technical communication. Strong team spirit within an operational and fast‐paced environment. Planning, strict adherence to procedures, proficiency with maintenance software, and comfort using digital manuals. Ability to obtain an airport security pass, as working in a regulated area requires full compliance with Transport Canada requirements. WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY A College Diploma (DEC) in Aircraft Maintenance. Strong knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and applicable maintenance standards. 2 to 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance. A valid M1 licence. A good level of technical English (reading manuals, understanding diagrams, and discussing technical issues with English‐speaking colleagues).
