Elevate your career as a Business Banking Advisor at Tru Cooperative Bank in Surrey. This role is integral in managing business member portfolios and providing comprehensive banking solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Business Banking Advisor for our Newton and Fleetwood locations. You will be responsible for portfolio management, developing long-term relationships with clients, and proactively driving new business initiatives. Your role includes advising on retail banking and wealth management, ensuring members receive personalized, high-quality service. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of banking members
- Proactively seek business development opportunities
- Conduct financial needs assessments for clients
- Initiate necessary actions for delinquent accounts
- Collaborate with product specialists for comprehensive service
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience
- Four years of related lending experience
- Mutual Funds License is mandatory
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
