As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will maintain cloud, SaaS, hybrid, and MDM environments. You will support MetaMask employees, lead critical incident response, and advance infrastructure initiatives. The role requires networking, identity management, access control, and autonomous technical judgment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer cloud infrastructure across multiple environmentsManage Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and AtlassianLead critical incident response and root cause analysisBuild automation that improves observability and reduces manual workSupport onboarding, offboarding, hardware, and remote employeesRequirements:
Five or more years in systems administration or infrastructure engineeringStrong knowledge of cloud infrastructure environmentsExperience with enterprise SaaS and MDM solutionsUnderstanding of networking, identity management, and access controlClear communication with non-technical stakeholdersApply systems administration, cloud infrastructure, and incident response expertise to MetaMask's globally distributed technical operations.
