As Head of Responsible Investment, you will shape governance and implementation across infrastructure, private equity, and real estate strategies. Partner with investment teams and corporate functions to evaluate sustainability risks, value creation opportunities, reporting needs, and evolving investor expectations. This strategic role reports to a member of Fengate’s Executive Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Fengate’s responsible investment strategyIntegrate sustainability considerations across investment processesLead ESG data collection, review, and quality assurancePrepare investor reporting, fundraising content, and disclosuresAdvise leaders on emerging responsible investment developmentsRequirements:
Five or more years in responsible investment, ESG, or sustainabilityUnderstanding of infrastructure assets and decarbonization strategiesKnowledge of private markets reporting frameworksDegree in a relevant business, finance, or sustainability disciplineAbility to influence teams and external stakeholdersBring responsible investment leadership, ESG knowledge, and sustainability value-creation expertise to Fengate’s investment platform.
