Elevate the voice of Aecon as the Director of Internal Communications. In this role, you will craft strategies that engage and inform employees in Canada and beyond. As the Director, you will lead the award-winning Internal Communications team, focusing on enterprise-wide strategies. Your expertise will drive alignment and strengthen engagement across diverse regions and operations. Collaborating with senior leaders, you will ensure clear communication regarding company strategies, priorities, and culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead internal communications strategy across regions
- Align communication with strategic business priorities
- Create communication plans for growth and transformation
- Manage executive announcements and digital communications
- Collaborate with leaders to craft compelling messaging
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Over 10 years of progressive communications experience
- Expertise in complex organizations
- Strong background in construction or related sectors
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
