Instructor for Steamfitting/Pipefitting Program

Northern Lights College is hiring a Steamfitter/Pipefitter Instructor who is passionate about trades education. This role involves delivering comprehensive instruction in both foundational and apprenticeship levels. This instructor position provides an opportunity to influence and empower the next generation of tradespeople at NLC. A minimum of five years’ experience along with a Red Seal Endorsement is required. You'll not only teach practical skills but also promote a supportive learning atmosphere focused on student achievement. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction in Steamfitting and Pipefitting disciplines
• Assess student progress and provide valuable feedback
• Collaborate with educational staff to improve curriculum
• Implement modern teaching techniques and technologies
• Support students in their journey toward certification

• Certificate of Qualification with Red Seal as Steamfitter/Pipefitter
• Class B Gasfitter Certificate
• Five years of relevant industry experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
