As an Early Childhood Educator – Infant/Toddler (ECE IT), your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing inclusive lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of all children.
- Creating a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Observing and assessing children’s development and progress to inform teaching strategies.
- Collaborating with families, support staff, and other professionals to support each child's individual needs.
- Facilitating activities that encourage social interactions and peer relationships among children.
- Maintaining a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere that promotes inclusivity and diversity.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in early childhood education.
- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
