Auto Repair shop Customer Service Representative (CSR) Full-Time | $20–$23/Hour | Monday–Friday | Career Advancement Position Overview CK Motors Inc. is an established and growing automotive repair facility in Woodbridge, Ontario, servicing 250+ customer-pay vehicles monthly. We are seeking a professional, sales-oriented, and highly trainable Customer Service Representative to support customer communications, appointment scheduling, sales development, and front-office operations. The ideal candidate brings proven customer-facing experience, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong service mindset, and the ability to learn and consistently apply established procedures. Previous automotive experience is not required. Training will be provided. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ~$20–$23/hour, determined by demonstrated sales ability, communication skills, experience, and trainability ~ Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts ~ Structured onboarding, practical training, and ongoing mentorship ~ Career development opportunities toward Service Advisor and management positions ~ Support from experienced Service Advisors, Technicians, and Management ~ Established workflow supporting 250+ customer-pay vehicles monthly REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous retail sales or direct customer-service experience Strong verbal communication and telephone skills Proven ability to handle customer concerns professionally and effectively Sales-oriented approach with confidence recommending services and securing appointments Ability to learn quickly and apply training consistently Willingness to follow approved phone scripts, operational procedures, and management direction Receptiveness to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement Strong organization, reliability, accountability, and professional presentation Relevant backgrounds include: Fashion and apparel retail, hospitality, restaurants, bars, real estate offices, reception, and other high-volume customer-facing environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage inbound customer calls using approved CK Motors scripts Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments Welcome customers and deliver professional front-office service Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and objections Conduct outbound follow-up calls to support appointments and sales Assist with parts ordering, documentation, and daily operations Develop service presentation and sales skills through ongoing training CAREER DEVELOPMENT This position provides a structured entry point toward an Automotive Service Advisor career, with potential future advancement into management based on demonstrated performance, capability, and business needs.
