Lead proposal development for Cumulus Architects while applying strong writing, editing, and organizational skills in Toronto’s architecture sector.
As Proposals Coordinator, you will report to the Marketing Lead and work closely with senior leadership. You will tailor narratives, project descriptions, biographies, and supporting content to each opportunity’s evaluation criteria. The position also supports marketing and business development initiatives across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine proposal narratives for specific opportunities
- Write project descriptions and team biographies
- Create brochures, award submissions, and presentations
- Coordinate contributions and follow up on deliverables
- Support market research and pipeline tracking
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of relevant proposal or marketing experience
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry
- Familiarity with public sector procurement and proposal processes
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
