Key Responsibilities
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes Serve guests professionally while creating a welcoming atmosphere Set up, stock, and maintain banquet bars Process beverage orders and maintain applicable controls Verify identification and serve alcohol responsibly
Requirements:
Previous bartending experience, preferably in banquet settings Mixology knowledge and cocktail preparation experience Strong customer service and communication skills Smart Serve certification is required Flexible morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability Bring bartending, mixology, and responsible-service skills to memorable events at The Shore Restaurant in Jordan, Ontario. #J-18808-Ljbffr
