Join Amazon as an Onsite Medical Representative focused on health and safety. Utilize your first aid skills and collaborate with the team to ensure well-being at the workplace. In this full-time role, you will contribute to the Amazon Workplace Health & Safety team by assessing and administering first aid while guiding associates on injuries and wellness. Collaborate closely with WHS specialists and participate in safety committee meetings to promote a safe work environment. Flexibility in shifts is required, adapting to various hours as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer first aid and coordinate medical referrals as necessary
- Educate associates on safety and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate records of care provided to associates
- Engage in training for CPR and AED certifications
- Perform emergency response and manage care delivery
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid first aid, CPR, and AED certifications
- Experience with workers' compensation is preferred
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
