Lead PetSmart retail operations through merchandising, inventory management, pet care, and associate support in a customer-focused store environment. As a Retail Operations Lead, you share responsibility for operational excellence while upholding PetSmart’s vision, mission, values, and strategy. You will guide associates, manage store execution, support pet care standards, and help maintain a safe, organized environment. The role includes merchandising, inventory audits, point-of-sale transactions, and store opening or closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Guide associates in merchandise handling and product presentation Train, mentor, coach, and support associate development Delegate daily tasks and validate completion Execute merchandise strategies, seasonal displays, and promotions Maintain pet care, inventory, and store standards

Requirements:
Two or more years of retail supervisory experience Customer-focused environment experience Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Computer application proficiency and strong communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently Bring retail supervision, inventory management, merchandising, and pet care skills to PetSmart’s Retail Operations Lead position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
