Key Responsibilities
• Oversee global compensation programs for luxury properties
• Manage full Fairmont & Raffles compensation cycle
• Drive Short-Term Incentive Plan processes
• Serve as a compensation point of contact globally
• Prepare market analyses and respond to data requests
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in compensation management role
• University degree in finance, HR, or related field
• Strong understanding of compensation practices
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
