This role requires actively participating in guest recognition, managing operational support, and acting as a personal liaison for tailored service. Bring expertise in a luxury setting to foster memorable experiences for all guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead guest recognition initiatives for personalized service
- Manage front desk operations and concierge services
- Personalize guest interactions and follow up on requests
- Coordinate room reservation processes for efficiency
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance in guest areas
- Minimum one year in luxury guest reception
- Strong knowledge of local attractions and services
- Excellent communication skills, multilingual preferred
- Ability to multitask during peak periods
- Valid Smart Serve certification is mandatory
