Access Healthcare Services seeks a Community Visit Nurse for Pembroke and surrounding areas. This full-time role offers $28.50 - $39.50 CAD per hour with comprehensive support for home-based care. As a Registered Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse, you’ll provide high-quality client-centered care, complete assessments for collaborative care planning, and uphold nursing best practices. This role is integral to the local community, supporting patients while working with an interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home, client-centered nursing care
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for care planning
- Uphold infection prevention and nursing standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Participate in on-call nursing rotation
- RN or RPN in good standing with CNO
- Valid Covid-19 vaccination proof
- Vehicle required; valid driver’s license
- CPR certification and recent TB test
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check under 3 months old
