At GCM, we're seeking an experienced Process Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. With five to ten years in heavy industry, especially refining or petrochemicals, you’ll define project scopes and develop effective engineering solutions. You will also prepare key design documents and mentor junior engineers to ensure quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define projects and craft solutions during all engineering phases
  • Prepare design basis documents and process flow diagrams
  • Perform hydraulic calculations and size equipment accurately
  • Ensure technical quality and manage compliance schedules
  • Mentor and supervise less experienced engineering staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related discipline
  • 5-10 years of experience in process design
  • Proven record in heavy industry or consulting engineering
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; ability to collaborate in French
