Caron Equipment in Timmins, ON is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators. Join our growing team to safely operate machinery for construction and earthworks. We require skilled operators with at least three years of experience in heavy equipment operation. You will manage excavators, bulldozers, and dump trucks while ensuring projects are executed efficiently. Safety and proper communication with team members are crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery like excavators and bulldozers
- Conduct pre-operational checks and maintain equipment
- Interpret blueprints and site plans accurately
- Follow safety policies, including PPE requirements
- Communicate effectively with team using radios
- Minimum three years of heavy equipment operating experience
- Valid heavy equipment or commercial driver's license
- Strong knowledge of operational procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
