Key Responsibilities
Lead Service and Parts department operations and teams Manage profitability, expenses, and annual operating budgets Maintain customer satisfaction and warranty compliance Oversee repair quality, tools, equipment, and process improvements Manage parts purchasing, inventory, pricing, and vendor relationships
Requirements:
