This entry-level trainee position develops your insurance career through product education, client conversations, and insurance transactions. You will learn to anticipate client needs, communicate product benefits, and collect accurate information during interviews. Westland supports your path toward a Level 1 Insurance license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and educate clients on insurance products
- Anticipate and interpret client needs
- Complete various insurance transactions
- Answer client questions as they arise
- Capture accurate data during client interviews
Requirements:
- Eagerness to grow with minimal sales experience
- Minimal customer service experience
- Ability to build authentic client relationships
- Strong time management and workload prioritization
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling information
Develop client service, insurance product, and transaction skills while progressing toward licensing with Westland Insurance Group.
