With a commitment to maintaining high performance, you'll play a critical role in achieving departmental objectives and supporting the company’s vision. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Photo Lab employees in customer service standards
- Manage hiring, scheduling, and payroll processes
- Conduct ongoing training and development of team members
- Monitor and achieve financial benchmarks in sales
- Maintain inventory control and enforce company policies
- Minimum one year as Assistant Lab Department Manager
- Current performance review indicating readiness for promotion
- Completion of mandatory management training courses
- Extensive knowledge of digital photofinishing technologies
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
