Central Alberta Co-op is seeking an Assistant Gas Bar Manager to support the team and oversee operations during the manager's absence. The position involves merchandise procurement, receiving standards, loss prevention, health and safety, and customer experience. Candidates need three years of retail supervisory experience and Grade 12 or equivalent education and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee gas bar operations during the manager's absence
- Manage merchandise procurement within the gas bar
- Ensure receiving follows Central Alberta Co-op standards
- Provide leadership in loss prevention and health safety
- Support positive customer experiences and service
Requirements:
- Three years of retail supervisory experience
- Grade 12 or acceptable education and experience combination
- Business-related education considered an asset
- Availability on weekdays and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
