Take the lead as the Event Specialist for Fundraising at Baycrest Foundation, where your expertise will drive successful events like Pickleball for Brain Health while ensuring top-notch participant support. This full-time role offers a dynamic experience in managing prominent fundraising activities essential to the Foundation's mission. Reporting to the Director, you'll engage participants, support business development efforts, and enhance the overall experience, playing a crucial part in improving the lives of older adults through your role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute large-scale fundraising events with precision
  • Attract participants via innovative recruitment strategies
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching for fundraising teams
  • Serve as a key contact for event-related inquiries
  • Develop and nurture partnerships within the community
Requirements:
  • Relevant university degree or similar experience
  • 2-3 years in fundraising or event management
  • Exceptional communication and networking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and event management tools
