As part of the leadership team, you will report to the Quality Control Senior Manager and oversee all aspects of quality assurance. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and implementing necessary quality systems. A detail-oriented approach and excellent communication skills will be critical as you lead the Quality Department to achieve company goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quality activities in all plant areas
- Ensure compliance with GMP and food safety regulations
- Formulate quality policies and oversee inspections
- Analyze test results and report on quality metrics
- Identify and rectify production quality issues
- B.S. degree in food science or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance management
- Direct experience with food safety standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities
