- Develop and implement process efficiencies and best practices
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Conduct internal and external analysis of operational procedures
- Facilitate cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert
- Monitor and assess service productivity and efficiency levels
- 7+ years of experience in process improvement
- Undergraduate degree in a related field required
- Black Belt certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of process modeling tools
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
