As a Business Analyst with TELUS Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping health outcomes through comprehensive DB pension administration solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze client requirements for systems integration
- Document business and operational needs for workflow automation
- Evaluate and map business processes and data across systems
- Collaborate with solution architects and development teams
- Define testing scope and criteria, supporting quality assurance
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, business analysis, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in pension plan management or process automation
- Proficiency in current computer technologies
- Experienced in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
