Key Responsibilities
• Craft a comprehensive internal communications strategy
• Align corporate strategies with employee engagement communication
• Evaluate and enhance communication effectiveness
• Lead stakeholder relations and manage media interactions
• Develop crisis communication plans to support leadership
Requirements:
• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a similar field
• Minimum 8 years in corporate communications
• Proven track record in employee and change communications
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and written communication
