Key Responsibilities
• Own the capital project roadmap and prioritize project initiatives
• Conduct progress assessments and risk management for projects
• Interface with engineering consultants to ensure requirements are met
• Manage all contract negotiations and contractor performance
• Prepare comprehensive project updates for executive leadership
Requirements:
• 7-10+ years of managing industrial capital projects
• Experience in construction management within regulated sectors
• Strong competency in financial analysis and project recommendations
• Knowledge of cultivation infrastructure systems is a plus
