Salary:
$55,000–$65,000 per year + 2–3 weeks of vacation per year We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Accounts Payable Technician to join our team. Apply payments to supplier accounts and ensure transactions are properly recorded. Manage accounts payable transactions for major supplier accounts. Reconcile supplier accounts and investigate discrepancies as required. Maintain accurate accounts payable records and supporting documentation. Contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of the accounts payable process. Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting position Strong understanding of invoice processing, payment applications, and accounts payable procedures Advanced Excel skills 2–3 weeks of annual vacation ~ Full-time, in-office position
