Enhance resident satisfaction as a Dining Services Manager at Progressive Intercultural Community Services (PICS) Society. Lead dining and housekeeping operations for a safe, welcoming environment in senior care. Reporting to the General Manager, the Dining Services Manager is responsible for coordinating dining and housekeeping services in the culturally sensitive Guru Nanak Diversity Village. You will ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and high resident satisfaction while promoting a person-centered care approach. Key skills include leadership, organizational abilities, and a strong understanding of quality assurance processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor dining and housekeeping teams
- Ensure timely meal services meeting dietary needs
- Collaborate with culinary teams for menu adjustments
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards
- Maintain safety protocols and inventory controls
- 1+ years leadership experience in residential care
- Active membership with the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management
- Food Safe certificate and CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations effectively
