Boyd Autobody is seeking a Manager in Training who will assist in daily operations and learn the nuances of shop management. This position provides growth opportunities in collision repair leadership, with comprehensive training and certifications provided by our team. Ideal candidates will play a crucial role in helping the facility meet KPIs while enhancing customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
- Manage annual and monthly operating budgets
- Oversee hiring, training, and staff management
- Monitor daily production and delivery timelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- 1-2 years leadership experience in collision repair
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required
