- Assist customers with general questions and inquiries
- Accurately shop and fulfill customer e-commerce orders
- Process transactions through various payment methods
- Communicate with customers about product substitutions
- Maintain a positive and resourceful environment
- Flexible to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and stay mobile all shift
- Interest in learning new skills during training sessions
- No prior experience required, training provided
