Guest Service Agents with strong communication and customer service skills can support visitors at Coast Canmore Hotel in a full-time role. Shifts vary between 7 am and 11 pm.
This experienced Guest Service Agent position serves a 164-room hotel with conference facilities and Table Food+Drink restaurant. You will create positive first impressions while following service standards and procedures. Attention to detail, professional communication, and Bow Valley knowledge support memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Complete accurate guest check-ins and check-outs daily
- Resolve complaints and concerns professionally and promptly
- Balance the cash float at shift end
- Answer calls and correspondence professionally and promptly
Requirements:
- Guest Services experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Bow Valley preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
- Ability to read and understand English
