In this position, you'll be tasked with managing incoming patient inquiries and providing critical assistance to ensure a pleasant experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound patient calls effectively
- Process and manage client orders with precision
- Inform clients of regulations governing medical cannabis
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently using critical thinking
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and French
- Experience in customer service (1-3 years)
- Familiarity with VAC and 3rd party billing processes
- Administrative certification highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and organization
