Do you enjoy leading a team of talented SDEs working on the largest serverless service in AWS? Are you interested in meeting with customers, working across stakeholders, and launching new features? If so then come join AWS Lambda, Durable Functions SDK team We simplify how developers build fault-tolerant applications and AI workflows using familiar programming languages, extending Lambda's event-driven programming model with automatic checkpointing, failure recovery, and cost-efficient wait/suspend operations. We are seeing strong adoption across the board and expanding the team to meet customer needs. Shipping features to delight customers 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience ~ Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations ~ Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
