The position demands agility to manage multiple projects and compliance with operational KPIs. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support the maintenance team's skill development
- Collaborate with EHS for continued safety practices
- Schedule, track, and oversee completion of maintenance tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and accuracy in inventory management
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous leadership experience essential
- Skilled in industrial machinery and electrical systems maintenance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Authorization to work in Canada is a must
