As Assistant Store Manager, you will help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates. The work includes customer service, merchandise movement, promotional displays, ordering, record keeping, and loss prevention. You will also support store standards, safety procedures, and operational directives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day store functions and activities
- Help customers and address questions or concerns
- Organize merchandise from delivery through the sales floor
- Complete opening and closing procedures as needed
- Maintain promotional fixtures, displays, and store cleanliness
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail, grocery, or drug store management experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
Support Dollar Tree store operations through customer service, merchandise coordination, safety, and associate development in North York.
