Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in executing daily store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead partners, delegate tasks, and ensure the Starbucks Experience through legendary service, quality beverages, and a clean, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include coaching team members, managing high-volume periods calmly, and upholding cash handling and safety procedures while maintaining attendance and punctuality.
