Elevate your customer service career with TD Canada Trust as a Personal Banking Associate. Engage customers in financial solutions and deliver excellent service at our L'Assomption branch. This part-time role is perfect for people passionate about customer interaction and financial guidance. You will assist customers with daily transactions, recommend appropriate banking solutions, and help them navigate digital banking tools effectively. Strong communication and organizational skills will enhance client experiences as you build impactful relationships within the branch. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers with service transactions and advice
- Guide clients to appropriate staff for banking needs
- Educate customers on digital banking options
- Complete cash and non-cash transactions accurately
- Propose improvements to enhance customer experience
- High School diploma and 1+ years relevant experience
- Investment Funds Canada (IFC) licensing within 90 days
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software
- Strong communication skills with customers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
