- Estimate costs and draft roofing proposals
- Attend tender meetings and site visits
- Analyze contracts and specifications rigorously
- Prepare and manage tender documents
- Maintain relationships with clients for ongoing projects
- Excellent attention to detail is a must
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks under deadlines
- Previous roofing or construction experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Word
- Valid driver’s license required
