Key Responsibilities
Analyze requirements, dependencies, and business needs Design and support ServiceNow applications and modules Build integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub Review specifications, workflows, tests, and documentation Resolve complex issues and coordinate project activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and three to five years' relevant experience Hands-on JavaScript development on ServiceNow Integration experience with LDAP, Active Directory, or JDBC Experience with Service Portal and UI Builder Strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills Bring ServiceNow development, integration, and consulting expertise to deliver quality platform capabilities remotely across Canada.
