Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to directives
- Set up mise en place for high-volume cooking
- Ensure cleanliness of cooking equipment after use
- Properly label and store food items
- Report maintenance issues or accidents promptly
Requirements:
- Previous cooking experience, including as a prep cook
- Valid Food Safety Certification is essential
- Certificate from an accredited culinary school
- Proficient in cooking methods and techniques
- Ability to work well both independently and with a team
