Service Now Developer Resume Due Date : Wednesday, March 12, 2025 (5:00PM EST) Work Mode: 100% remote We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on HRSD, IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and App Engine. This role requires a developer who thrives in an agile environment, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze problems, and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions that drive efficiency, amazing customer experience and business value. Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements. Work within an agile team, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing ServiceNow performance. Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry trends, continuously improving platform capabilities. 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and API integrations. Experience working in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. ~ Ability to analyze business problems and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. ~ Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
