- Lead QA roadmap development with Product Owners and Scrum teams
- Develop and maintain automation tools and frameworks
- Manage automated test integration within CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor team members in QA principles and practices
- Provide regular updates and maintain QA documentation
- Proficiency in Playwright with any programming language
- Solid experience in automation tools and techniques
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and guide teams
- Experience leading automation testing teams
