Key Responsibilities
Lead selling strategies to achieve key performance indicators and sales targets Resolve customer feedback, escalations, and urgent requests in the moment Manage associates through training, goal setting, and regular follow-up Schedule and staff the store when the Store Manager is absent Open and close the store according to operations procedures
Requirements:
Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss Strong interpersonal skills and clear professional verbal communication Ability to work unsupervised Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Ability to constantly stand during shifts Support Lids customers and associates through sales leadership, store operations, training, and exceptional customer service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
