Mariposa House Hospice seeks a Music Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based music therapy to clients and their families across home visits, community hospice, and residential hospice settings. You will design treatment plans, deliver one-on-one and small-group sessions, and support bereavement journeys according to assessed needs.
The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, cultural sensitivity, and maintaining thorough progress notes.
